Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Kode Suryanarayana, the Executive Chairman & Director of the Company, has nearly three decades of experience in the Construction sector. Mr. Kode has received various appreciations from government officials for his entrepreneurship. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
KODE VASUDEVA RAO
Managing Director
Mr. Kode Vasudeva Rao, Managing Director of the Company, has over two decades of experience in the Construction. He is overseeing and handling various parts of construction projects, such as planning, directing, coordinating the activities of workers, choosing contractors, and monitoring performance. He coordinated with tenants for new construction and renovation of leased spaces. He Hire consultants and contractors; managed build-out of projects from conception to completion. He is In-charge of all maintenance / repair of all facilities and grounds. Mr. Kode has been a Director of the Company since its incorporation and was appointed as Managing Director with effect from October 2001.
KODE LENIN BABU
Director
Mr. Kode Lenin Babu, Whole-time Director of the Company, oversees the responsibilities of Finance & Accounts and heads the marketing and commercial relationship management departments of the Company. He is taking the responsibility for the development and construction of Self Storage Facilities. He oversaw and managed the construction storage facilities and Coordinated with the General Contractors to resolve issues, ensured projects come in on time and within budget. He Managed and Negotiate the Contracts with General Contractors/Sub-Contracts. Mr. Kode joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from October 2001.
KODE KANAKA VEERENDRA RAO

Mr. K. K. Veerendra Rao, a Bachelor of Engineering (CSE) graduate, serves as the Managing Director of the company with over two decades of experience in construction projects. He actively engages in charitable activities, including the construction of temples, schools, and hospitals, and organizing medical camps in remote areas. Additionally, he promotes sports by arranging tournaments and extends support during natural calamities. Mr. Rao also contributes to the Red Cross Society annually and organizes Hindu festivals to preserve cultural heritage and foster a sense of belonging among the younger generation. He conducts religious ceremonies, community lunches, and promotes spiritual consciousness at construction sites.

Smt. Durga Devi has been a Director of the Company since its incorporation and was appointed as Managing Director with effect from October 2001.
KODE KRISHNA TEJA

Mr. Kode Krishna Teja, Director of company, oversees the responsibilities of Human Resource Department. He contributes to overall company strategy and policy-making by advising the board on the human resource implications of its decisions. He oversees hiring and employee relations of all the departments of a company and ensures that they are being managed according to the organization’s standards. They plan, lead, and enforce recruitment, management, and employee relations policies. He is the responsible for building and nurturing healthy client relationships, developing new marketing opportunities, briefing creative teams, allocating and managing budgets, and identifying new areas of growth.
